StarCreek Australian Shepherds
Welcome to StarCreek Australian Shepherds. Take your time looking around our site. It is developing, but there still is a lot to see.
StarCreek is an Australian Shepherd breeder in Ontario. We live in Roblin, half an hour from the beautiful city of Kingston, Ontario. We produce CKC-registered Australian Shepherds with a focus on temperament, health, and structure according to the ASCA Breed Standard. We love our Aussies and enjoy working with the dogs in conformation and learning agility and rally. We love the companionship of our Australian Shepherds.
In 2012 I found my first Aussie love match in Jack, a blue merle. I learned a lot from him about Aussies and dogs in general. He could do it all: best friend, work partner, playmate and couch cuddler. Our friendship made me want to know the Australian Shepherd more deeply.
In 2016, I purchased my first conformation Australian Shepherd puppy, Willoughby. Once I'd learned a few basics about showing a dog, I entered Willoughby in the Baby Puppy Class at Port Hope. Will made it easy for me, winning not only Best Baby Puppy in Breed but Best Baby Puppy In Show! From there, we earned his CKC Championship with minimal showing, including a Best of Breed from the classes, beating specials. StarCreek Australian Shepherds is now home to Grand Champion and Champion Australian Shepherds that fit beautifully into family life.
We have proudly produced some wonderful litters of puppies at StarCreek.
These beautiful puppies have become outstanding family members. They are a child's best friend, are therapy dogs, barn hunt addicts, compete in rally, and do well in the conformation ring.
They are all great dogs.
Australian Shepherds thrive on companionship and do best in active households where they can be a part of the family activities. We are looking for people who can spend quality time with an Aussie. We do like people with previous Aussie experience, but can help people new to the breed as well.
Puppies are raised in our home and are well-socialized..
They are placed based on where we feel they will do best.

Our dogs undergo DNA testing, have OFA x-rays completed on their hips and elbows, and have their eyes examined by a board-certified ophthalmologist.
